I'm in the process of getting ready to run a Small Fandom Big Bang over on smallfandom_bb and am running a poll here to see what the tenth and final fandom included will be. Right now, the nine fandoms being included are; Being Human, Chronicles of Riddick, The Dead Zone, Dark Angel, Eureka, Hewligan, Primeval, Psych, and Pushing Daisies.

Kitchen Confidential is one of the three fandoms in the running to replace Firefly/Serenity (which someone just started a Big Bang for a couple months ago) so I wanted to give some Kitchen Confidential fen the chance to have their say in the poll. Right now, I am hoping to open signups for this Big Bang sometime tomorrow evening so I'd like the poll decided by tomorrow morning.

Please take into consideration that this is a poll not just to find out what fandom you'd like to READ but a fandom that you actually think people would sign-up to WRITE.

Thanks to the mods for allowing this!

You know what I wish there was more of? Kitchen Confidential slash. I know, I know, one season and it's long-canceled, but still. It's one of the slashiest shows ever, there should be way more fic. So in the interest of helping potential fans find what little fic is out there as easily as possible, I'm posting links to two fics I wrote recently:

Title: Hot Dog Economics
Pairing: Jim/Ramon
Author: carolinecrane
Rating: NC17
Spoilers: for 1x03
Warnings: Written for the Kink Bingo challenge on DW, so there's consent play, public humiliation, and public sex, if any of those are triggers for you.

Title: if you don't have a good partner, you'd better have a good hand
Pairing: Seth/Steven/Jim/Teddy, mentions Jim/Ramon
Rating: NC17
Spoilers: None. Well, sort of for 1x03 again.
Warnings: Again, written for my Kink Bingo card. This time the kinks are orgy, fisting, and sex toys (non-penetrating).

Seriously, why isn't there more orgy fic in this fandom? I don't even usually enjoy that sort of thing, but these guys sort of ask for it.

Disclaimer: If dreams were wishes… Still not mine.
Title: Cake Competition
Pairing: Jack/Steven
Rating: Adult
Summary: “Compromise?”
Notes: Supposed to be a short “domesticity” style story. Three MSWord pages and 1200+ words later, I have this.

Hello, all!

It seems that Australian television is airing all the filmed episodes of KC (lucky!), so if you're interested, you might check out kitcon_eps (you have to join to see all entries).
